Christian Faudoa is a dedicated musician and educator who serves as a guitar instructor at a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching children the art of music. With an Associates Degree in Music Production from The Los Angeles Recording School, Christian combines his deep understanding of music with a passion for nurturing young talent.
Christian’s approach goes beyond teaching guitar skills; he inspires creativity, confidence, and a genuine connection with the instrument. His students learn the value of practice, perseverance, and the joy of mastering new skills.
As a mentor, Christian creates a positive and supportive environment, encouraging children to express themselves and pursue their musical dreams. His dedication to his students and love for music make him a vital part of the organization, shaping the future of music one young musician at a time.

Cesar Martinez
Cesar Martinez is a dedicated educator and musician with a profound passion for empowering young minds through the transformative power of music. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master's degree in Music from the University of North Texas, Cesar brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his craft.
For the past eight years, Cesar has served as a beacon of inspiration within the educational realm, shaping the musical journeys of countless students as a guitar instructor at a prominent high school. His commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to fostering a love for music in his students have earned him widespread recognition and respect within the academic community.
Beyond the classroom, Cesar extends his musical talents and leadership to the community as the Worship Director for a dynamic youth band under the auspices of the Diocese of El Paso, Texas. In this role, he orchestrates soul-stirring musical experiences that uplift spirits and unite hearts in worship, igniting a sense of purpose and belonging among the youth.
Driven by a deep-seated belief in the power of music to transcend boundaries and enrich lives, Cesar is now embarking on a new chapter of service as the visionary behind a forthcoming non-profit initiative. Drawing upon his extensive background in music education and community engagement, Cesar aims to establish a platform that will provide underprivileged youth with access to quality music education, mentorship, and performance opportunities.

Jesse Bretado
At the heart of our organization is Jesse Bretado, a dedicated musician with four years of experience in guitar playing and a profound commitment to enriching the lives of young learners. With a background in private teaching, Jesse Bretado brings a personalized approach to instruction, ensuring that each student receives tailored guidance and support on their musical journey.
Currently pursuing a Music degree at the esteemed University of Texas at El Paso, Jesse Bretado is not only immersed in academic study but also actively involved in the El Paso music scene, as well as the Worship music scene. This diverse experience enriches our program, offering students a glimpse into the vibrant world of music beyond the classroom.
Under Jesse Bretado's leadership, participants embark on a transformative musical journey, discovering the joy of strumming chords, mastering intricate melodies, and exploring the boundless creativity that music offers. Infused with Christian values, our curriculum instills principles of faith, integrity, and compassion, empowering young musicians to become not only skilled performers but also compassionate individuals who impact their communities for the better.

Luis Marquez
Luis Marquez is a dedicated music instructor and multi-instrumentalist with a primary focus on guitar and additional experience in piano and voice. With formal training in pedagogy from the University of Texas at El Paso, Luis combines a deep understanding of music education techniques with a personal passion for teaching. Currently pursuing a degree in Music Education with a concentration in guitar, Luis has been immersed in music since picking up the guitar at the age of 12.
Known for a teaching style that motivates and inspires, Luis believes in creating a collaborative environment where students can grow and develop their musical abilities. His lessons are designed to help students discover their own musical voices while building a strong foundation in technique and creativity. Committed to the art of music-making, Luis is dedicated to helping each student create beautiful music and realize their full potential.
